Established in 2005, LPR (ZHUHAI) AUTO PARTS Ltd is a production and sales base of brake system of Italian LPR Group in China with solely Italian-funded.
LPR(Zhuhai) is located in the Qingwan Industrial Zone, Sanzao town, JinWan District, Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province. Owning 50, 000m2 of land, 6 million USD of initial investment and 280 employees, specializing in manufacturing brake pads, brake shoes, brake discs, wear indicators, ect. Whose products cover almost 96% of global models with 300, 000 sets/month of production brake pads and brake shoes. LPR(Zhuhai) has a variety of imported and domestic advanced production equipment, and equipped with high-standard laboratory in order to support independently research and development.
LPR brake uses the mature European production processes and strict quality control system. Inspecting products with ISO/TS16949: 2009, most of LPR products pass European standard ECE R90, and all of the products meet this standard.
In order to support internal production, LPR also has own backing plate production base in Zhongshan-LPR ZHONGSHAN AUTO PARTS Ltd, neighboring city of Zhuhai, to further control quality of raw materials, processes and support capacity.
